And despite getting heaps of hearts, it seemed no one hearted him enough to give him a forever home.( I have a theory on this, the more hearts something has, doesn't necessarily corrolate with if they will sell...)
And I felt sad for him ( he is one of those bears who is one of my favourites) and worried perhaps he was taking it personally.
Time went on , and then just a few days ago I became convinced he would never find his forever home and spend a lifetime waiting.
And then just like that, he was sold, and heading a very special home indeed where he would be reunited with Igor. Which made it even better. I love when two of my bears I've made have spent time together at my place then end up living together in someone elses ( I know it's daggy to be so happy by it, but I can't help it)
It's nice when there's a happy ending :)
